MMC Makeup Artists

This has been a long time in the making, but I am so happy to announce the launch of MMC Makeup Artists this month! It's been a goal of mine to start a team of makeup artists to help serve my clients better and WOW, today is the day I realize that goal!

What makes a MMC Makeup Artist unique?

MMC Makeup Artists cater to the distinctive woman with coveted makeup styles... from classically understated to elaborately dramatic, they always accentuate the natural beauty in each individual face.

They have worked with hundreds of models, actors, brides and other clients and have experience with many cultures and ethnicities from around the world.

Their applications can be provided on location and are uniquely crafted to suit the distinctive complexion and style of each individual client using products designed to provide an enduring and flawless finish.

Not only are all MMC Makeup Artists schooled in the trade of makeup artistry, they also must go through an extensive internship with me before they can be considered a MMC Makeup Artist.

Lauren Morris | Makeup Artist

Lauren Morris is a talented and capable makeup artist whose creative style emphasizes the natural beauty in every face while always meeting the expectations of her clients.

She attended one of the most recognized makeup schools in California and has a degree in beauty, character and special effects makeup, but specializes in beauty and bridal makeup. She also successfully completed an internship with me in 2009.

Maggie Bosworth | Makeup Apprentice

Maggie Bosworth is a emerging star in the makeup field. Her style is defined with an inclination toward beauty and editorial makeup while always using her expertise to delight her clients.

Maggie attended a well known Cosmetology Center in Texas and is currently completing her internship with me.

Austin Wedding Guide - November 2009

I am so ecstatic to announce that the November issue of Austin Wedding Guide is out... why? Because I was lucky enough to be the makeup artist for the cover as well as the eight page spread inside!!

I love the concept of this spread, Day to Night. It showcases both a daytime, garden wedding as well as an evening, indoor wedding. I can't decide which one I like the best... I'll let you decide for yourself, here are some pictures!

A lot of preparations and hard work went into making this amazing shoot possible and I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all those who were involved!!

I truly enjoyed working with Kelly and her family on her wedding... they were all so much fun, just like Kelly! Only a bride who has a great sense of humor can take one of her bridal portraits in a Amy's Ice Cream photo booth... although I'm sure her photographer, Dustin Meyer, had a little something to do with that!
